Licence and ownership, as stated
Casino Rocket’s T&Cs say the site is “owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica. Registration number: 3-102-911867” and that “The Company operates under license no.0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” Its footer adds: “Metlait SRL is operating under E-gaming license No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.”
Its FAQ doesn’t fully agree: one answer says it is regulated “under the laws of Costa Rica”, another says “under the laws of Curaçao”. For disputes, its T&Cs say it cooperates with EGIS, “which operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission”.
Fair Go says it “is operated under licence” and is “Licensed and operating since 2017”, as stated on fairgocasino.com. It doesn’t name a regulator or licence number on its site.
We make no claim about the legal status of either casino in Australia.

Our verdict
Casino Rocket is a live offshore casino that says it welcomes Australian players. Its T&Cs name Metlait SRL, a Costa Rica company, as operator under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, though its FAQ still mentions Curaçao. Its bonus wording and game counts differ between pages, and its promotions page does not state welcome wagering terms. For Aussie players we prefer Fair Go Casino: it plays in AUD, lists over 280 real money pokies, has a clearly worded welcome offer, offers 24/7 support and states that withdrawals are processed within up to 2 business days. Neither casino names an Australian regulator on its site. Whatever you choose, set a budget and stick to it.

Its T&Cs say it is “owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica” and “operates under license no.0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission”. Weigh it up yourself.
Who owns Casino Rocket?
As stated in its T&Cs, casinorocket.com is “owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica”. Its FAQ separately refers to Curaçao, so the pages don’t fully agree.
Can Australians play at Casino Rocket for real money?
Australia isn’t on the restricted-countries list in its T&Cs, but those T&Cs say NetEnt games aren’t available in Australia and Amatic is restricted in Australia.
How many pokies does Casino Rocket have?
Its pages give two figures: its FAQ says “over 700 premium casino games”, and its About page says “1000+ games”. Neither is broken down into pokies.
Is Fair Go better than Casino Rocket?
“Better” depends on you. It’s our pick because it plays in AUD, lists “over 280 real money pokies”, has a welcome offer of 100% up to $200 redeemable five times with code WELCOME, offers 24/7 support, and states that “all withdrawals are processed within up to 2 business days” — all as stated on fairgocasino.com on 26 September 2026. T&Cs apply. Read our Fair Go Casino review.
How long do Casino Rocket withdrawals take?
Its T&Cs say: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval.” More in our Casino Rocket withdrawal guide.
